Kenneth Colley, “Star Wars” Actor, Dies

According to cinemadrame News Agency, Kenneth Colley, the English actor who played “Admiral Piett” in “Star Wars,” has passed away at 87. Colley’s representative stated that the actor died after contracting COVID and advanced pneumonia.

Colley played the role in “The Empire Strikes Back” and “Return of the Jedi.” He had acting credits in the series “War and Remembrance” and Clint Eastwood’s film “Firefox.” In 2007, he directed the film “Greetings,” starring Kristy Cox and Henry Dan.

Other works left by the actor include the series “Peaky Blinders,” “Return to Treasure Island,” and “The Bill.”
